Replacement of an inclined cylindrical screen to Auneau

Ordered by Véolia Eau, we replaced recently competitor equipment by an automatic bar screen / screw compactor assembly on the waste water treatment plant of Auneau (28).

Our service :

1 bar screen of type XG12, made in SS 304L, flow to process 150m³/h with a bar spacing of 6mm, installed in a channel of 600mm width and 900mm depth,
1 screw compactor of type VCP200, made in SS 304L, length 2400mm, slope 5°,
1 vertical spout equipped with an automatic bagging system, made in INOX 304L,
Set-up of the assembly on-site.
