Replacement of a competitor automatic screen

On behalf of Lyonnaise des Eaux, at Pont-Ezer in Plouisy plant (29), we just replace a competitor screen installed in 2006 and which has never worked. Beyond material change, we improved significantly the working conditions of « screening/compacting » system.

Our service :

1 automatic screen of type NG21, made in SS 304L, flow to process 750m³/h with a bar spacing of 20mm, installed in a circular station, 4800mm of depth of waste water,
1 press compactor of type KP200 of ROTO-SIEVE brand, made in SS 304L, its waste outlet pipe equipped of an automatic bagging system,
1 electrical control and servo-control unit of the assembly settled on the screen and equipped of a speed inverter,
1 girder of grating panels for station covering,
Taking apart of the existing one and installation of the new one.
