Two screens and two screws installed in Savigneux (42)

We just installed on SITEPUR water treatment plant of Savigneux two automatic screens, a screw conveyor and a screw compactor. This provision has been ordered by BP2E Company.

Our furnishing included:

Two automatic screens of XG12 type , made in stainless steel 304L, installed in two concrete channel of 2500mm width, which can handle with a flow of 150m³/h with 40mm of bar spacing, 5040mm of depth under installation plane, equipped with lateral deflectors and a manual box with pushbuttons “up-down” and the emergency stop,
One screw conveyor of VTP250 type, made in stainless steel 304L, 6500mm of length,
One screw compactor of VCP250 type, made in stainless steel 304L, 5000mm of length, discharging in dumpster.
Electrical control and servo-control unit of the assembly settled near by,
Set-up of the assembly with tests, start-up and operators training (length: one small week).
