Our team of about 10 people manages the whole range of products from design to installation on your site.

Its speciality: VERTICAL AND AUTOMATIC BAR SCREENS.

Over 2000 units have been installed in France and abroad. Our constant progress means that about 20 bar screens are built in our workshops each month.

For waste, natural, rain or industrial water, FB Procédés bar screens, backed up by 50 years of experience in water treatment, are today's reference.

Whatever the product, FB Procédés' values never change: reliability, efficiency and simplicity.

"Custom built"

Although every bar screen has its own characteristics (bar spacing, width depending on the flow rate, discharge height, type of installation, etc.) and is custom built, it is always based on the same principle. At the bottom, are two end-of-travel sensors (up and down), one motor and one grapple rack hanging from a single, central strap, which goes up and down to clean the screen.

Every product of the FB Procédés range is manufactured in our own workshops, drawing on the experience and know-how of our expert craftsmen, who work with cutting-edge technology (laser cutter, digital bender, TIG and MAG welding stations, stripping and passivation bath for stainless steel, etc.).

Testing and adjustment in pit before shipping

A real asset in the preparation: all bar screens are tested and adjusted in a pit 2.5m in diameter and 7m deep, the goal being to prevent any unexpected problems during commissioning.

Installation

When they leave the workshop, our products are bubble-wrapped and maintained on wooden pallets (or in boxes depending on the destination)

"Setting up and maintenance by our technicians"

The equipment can be set up by our technicians wherever it is to be installed. In most cases, our product can be installed within a day. This also provides an opportunity to train the operating staff.
We can also take care of maintaining the system, through a maintenance contract.
